COVID-19: A Statement From The MIUS Directors

In the rapidly changing situation that COVID-19 has put the country in, MIUS, as with many other companies in the UK, have significantly changed the way in which we work following the advice laid out by the government.

 

Our primary concern, as ever, is the health of our staff and customers alike. Therefore, many of our staff are now working from home in a bid to minimise exposure to the virus and help the country to recover.

We do, however, understand the important part that MIUS plays in supporting you. Although we have taken the decision to reschedule all non-priority services on imaging equipment, we still have frontline engineering staff  both in the office and on call to provide technical support and respond to emergency calls in order to keep your equipment and services running. This includes making sure that our warehouse is staffed to ensure the provision of spare parts to our engineers working in the field.
