We provide a range of medical imaging equipment maintenance contracts which can cover all your medical imaging equipment to include Tier 1 and Tier 2 equipment, with cover levels ranging from PPM cover only to comprehensive cover with special components cover. We support CT, fluoroscopy, analogue and digital x-ray, mammography and ultrasound.
We're always on call to assist
We know that when imaging equipment fails patients can be left waiting for vital services, so our aim is always to keep your departments running smoothly. If equipment can't be fixed immediately we can take your equipment back to base if required and provide loan equipment across a large range of modalities and models (subject to availability). We also have mobile CT and Mammography units available for rental.
Our UK based call centre is open from 08:00 to 20:00 for service requests and to log faults. Remote technical support is provided 24/7 and 24/7 service cover can also be provided. Our in-house team of OEM trained and experienced engineers are based throughout England and Wales and provide a rapid response to breakdowns regardless of your location and our large stockholding of OEM spares is held within the UK for immediate dispatch.
MIUS can help to extend the life of our medical imaging equipment by supporting it beyond the usual lifespan anticipated by the OEMs. We undertake pre-contract inspections for all equipment regardless of age and as we have a large stock of OEM spares at our HQ in Gloucester we can often provide hard to locate spares for older equipment.
